What Did I Do Yesterday...

  • I drove to the O.C. for a meeting with Kurt and Matt, Lucas, and Phil about the winter camp that our churches are putting on together. I think it's going to be amazing!

  • Kurt, Matt, Phil and I played some Disc Golf. They did great. I sucked. I should know better than to trash talk at the beginning of the round...

  • I hung out in the office of my former place of employment and chatted with Josh and Alli for a bit about our audition for the WSoPC
  • this Friday. We're working on our attire for the big day. I'm fashionably challenged, so this is probably going to come down to what Alli wants...

  • Hung around a bit more with Josh. Caught up on life and what's going on in ministry. Josh is definitely one of my heroes and is a huge source of encouragement. I'm always glad that I got some time with him when I walk away...

  • I stopped by one of my favorite hangouts from my time in the O.C., Borders, and read a few comics to kill some time. I also discovered that they got rid of the coffee shop that was in there. They replaced it with an entire section of greeting cards. As far as I know, cards have slightly less caffeine than coffee, but they are harder to swallow...

  • I stopped by Ralph's to pick up some things for an appetizer I made at Katie's house. Every Monday night, everybody gathers to watch 24. I made this. Everybody loved it...

  • So, after 24 and Heroes, everybody left. I stuck around and talked with Katie and Ron for about an hour. I really couldn't post enough about Katie here. So, I'll say this: She's my big sister. It's always so great to get to spend any time with her and Ron. I never walk away without being encouraged. You guys are awesome...

  • I drove back home to SD at 1am. Never a good idea. Let's just say that I had to pull over...
