May I Make A Suggestion...

It's been a while since I've posted a list. So, I thought it might be fun to do another. Now, I should state up front that I would not consider myself an expert in music. I don't think that I have exquisite taste in music. I just like what I like. And with that, I offer up this list. Editor's Note: I even included a video where I could find one...

Five Songs You Need On Your iPod

1) Waiting For My Real Life To Begin by Colin Hay
I first heard this song on an episode of Scrubs, but it wasn't until I got a Colin Hay album that I began to love it. Sometimes, I totally feel like this describes my life perfectly.

2) Something That We Do by Clint Black
I know that some of you don't like country. But, I'm telling you, one listen to these lyrics and you'll know that you have to download it.

3) Fields Of Gold (New Version) by Sting
An amazing song by an amazing artist. Who would have thought that it could be made better? I already posted on it here, but take a listen for yourself.

4) Zebra by John Butler Trio
If only I could play a twelve string guitar like this...and be a white rasta dude. These guys are simply Uh-mazing.

5) What It Takes by Aerosmith
Ok, so maybe this is the dessert portion of this otherwise healthy meal. But, Aerosmith was the first rock band that I ever listened to. And I still think that they are the greatest American rock band. I love to sing this song as loud as I can in the truck.
